Return & Refund Policy

At Padam Clothing, your satisfaction comes first—returns are quick, simple, and hassle-free.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:


    - Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging

    - Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at studio.padamclothing@gmail.com.
  • Once your return is approved, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a pickup from your address—no need to ship it yourself.
  • Please note: Returns not requested through studio.padamclothing@gmail.com will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at studio.padamclothing@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately at studio.padamclothing@gmail.com with:

    - A photo of the product

    - A short description of the issue

    We’ll prioritize your request and resolve it quickly—either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
